All that exists is consciousness. Known by many names, “soul,” and “spirit” are a few, but one consciousness nonetheless. All of which is who and what is giving us the ability to pave our path, blaze our trail. Choose your direction and go the way that your heart leads you.
You will not find happiness following the generational path of your ancestors. Such a path has inbred a trail of tears repeating itself lifetime after lifetime.
Your genetics was your vehicle to enter this world. Carefully choosing the right parents, time, and circumstances afforded you your great escape into a life of unencumbered freedom of expression, love and happiness. Showing others through example, that life can be synonymous with respect, honor, kindness, and understanding.
The brain does not create consciousness. However, your brain is essential for life functions. Consciousness does not inhabit the brain. It does not filter through the brain; nor is it in the physical body. The consciousness is the essence of all living things, in and around your present personality, still connecting to the collective consciousness of all others.
As you see another perfect example of the word soul as the soul is also all that consciousness is. We have learned that the brain is an essential organ in the body. However, more recent scientific studies have shown the heart is far more essential to the life, happiness and success of peace than is the brain. Life can exist without the brain whereas life cannot continue to function without the heart. Studies show that the heart communicates with the brain far more times per second than does the brain with the heart. Proving once again, our physical bodies are heart-based not brain-based as once thought. The brain may store memories but only memories of this lifetime and no other.
Memories created in consciousness do not fade. Only memories that originate in your brain fade, as they originate in this life, and not previous lives or astral occurrences. As all astral experiences involve the spirit/soul/consciousness and not the physical body housing the brain.
Consciousness is the map of your path in this life. “What you see is what you get.” Your environment shows you your reality, as you perceive it. When you live a brain-based life, your DNA will be your guide, and you will indeed revisit the behavior, life or sins of your generational and tribal history. When you open your eyes in the morning, make sure what you see is what your heart and soul want you to view. In doing so, you will be living through your consciousness, not a brain-based life. Your consciousness will afford you a reprieve in this life from an unencumbered past.
